Leadership Vistas International Ministries (LVIM) is a non-denominational Christian teaching ministry that provides informal training to hep equip African pastors and other church leaders to fulfill God's calling on their lives. Founded in 2002 and based in North Texas, LVIM offers a series of training conferences for pastors and church leaders - most of whom lack the resources to attend any formal training.
During the past 20 years we have held numerous conferences for more than 6,000 participants. Included in this number are men and women who represent more than 20 denominations and church groups. Currently we sponsor these leadership development programs in several East African countries, and have trained pastors and other church leaders from Uganda, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, and Cameroon.
