Leadership Vistas International Ministries (LVIM) is a non-denominational Christian teaching ministry which equips African church leaders to fulfill God's will. Founded in 2002 and based in the Dallas, Texas area, LVIM offers an alternative to a Bible college or seminary education through a series of training conferences for pastors and church leaders who lack the resources to attend a formal program.
During the past 20 years we have held numerous conferences for more than 5,000 participants. Included in this number are men and women who represent more than 20 denominations and church groups. Currently we sponsor these leadership development programs in several East African countries, but we are expanding our ministry into West African countries to spread this leadership training across the continent.
