Conference Team Met 100 New Pastors for the 1st Time!
The Leadership Vistas’ U.S. members of the Conference Team flew out Friday, February 17th. The seven U.S. team members met up in Eldoret, Kenya, with three more members coming from Uganda and one from Kenya. They conducted two-weeks of pastoral training.
100 African Pastors
Begin a Two-Year Journey of Training
(Week One: Feb 21-24)
One-Hundred Pastors from Kenya and neighboring Uganda attended Leadership Vistas’ Conference #1 in Eldoret, Kenya. This was the first conference for these 100 pastors, in the series of five conferences.
This is designed to equip African pastors to fulfill their calling as church leaders and shepherds.

Received Advanced Training
(Week Two: Feb 28-March 3)
Forty Pastors, who have graduated from the five-module Leadership Vistas' conference program, attended their second advanced training conference. This conference is part of a program we've called the "T3 Program" (for Training-The-Trainer). T3 is designed for pastors interested in developing further their skill of preaching.

The team was comprised of high qualified faculty from Illinois, Nebraska, and Ohio to train over 140 Pastors.
