The Leadership Vistas’ U.S. members of the Conference Team fly out today, Friday, February 17th. The seven U.S. team members will meet up in Eldoret, Kenya, with three members coming from Uganda and one from Kenya. They will conduct two-weeks of pastoral training.

One-Hundred Pastors from Kenya and neighboring Uganda will be attending Leadership Vistas’ Conference #1 in Eldoret, Kenya. This is the first conference in the series of five conferences of the Timothy Initiative. The Timothy Initiative is designed to equip African pastors to fulfill their calling.

to Receive Advanced Training
(Week Two: Feb 28-March 3)
Forty Pastors, who have graduated from the Leadership Vistas' Timothy Initiative conference program, will be attending an advanced training conference. This conference, often called Training the Trainer, is designed for pastors interested in developing further their skill of preaching. It also introduces them to the basics of conducting seminars. This conference is of high importance to Leadership Vistas in that candidates for the Paul Initiative will be found among those attending.
